Your orders will be shipped via USPS, with tracking numbers provided once the packages are on their way. While USPS generally delivers with precision, we understand that mishaps can occur. Should any issues arise, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery via email at sol@solcorner.net. While we can not control postal operations, we are committed to assisting you and making things right to the best of our ability. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are always our priority.
Right now, besides domestic shipping within the U.S., Sol offers international shipping to a few other countries. The shipping rate is calculated automatically based on the USPS service fee. The shipping rate you see on my website does NOT include any custom/ additional fee at the border. So, as much as we love to have oversea customers, we do not want our customers have to face any unaware fee at the border, please consider carefully before placing your orders.
